Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our 30,000 square foot warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory from our warehouse to consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped out on a daily basis for all brand channels.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coach a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure proper warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run and analyze reports to carry out the functions of the inventory, kit packing, and shipping departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, particularly in inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and coaching a team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to run and analyze reports.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
