  • Evaluate construction timelines, blueprints, specifications, and other contractual documents to ensure adherence to agreements.
  • Engage with clients and participate in regular progress meetings.
  • Support the Estimating department in the preparation of project bids.
  • Assist in the procurement process for subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Experience in healthcare-related construction projects is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Experience with federal or public works projects is a plus.
