About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Olmsted Medical Center. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with a focus on mental health and wellness. A salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum is available, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, employer-paid short-term disability and long-term disability, and an adoption assistance plan.

Key qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in social work, current LICSW licensure through the Minnesota Board of Social Work, and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting. BLS certification is also required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families on mental health topics.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
