Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team at Cape Cod Central Railroad. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing daily ticket reservations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer guest inquiries and questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate with guests via phone, computer, and in person
  • Assist in facilitating group sales with tour operators
  • Be knowledgeable of train seating details
  • Follow Cape Cod Central Railroad's established standards, instructions, and procedures
  • Report issues or guest concerns to Reservations Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Experience in ticket reservations preferred
  • Familiarity with Fare Harbor tour and activity booking solution preferred
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way; at least 1 year of experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, seasonal non-exempt position primarily in Taunton, MA, but may require working out of multiple locations including Hyannis and Buzzards Bay.
