Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

This role is a 1st Shift, Monday - Friday position with a starting rate of pay at $15.75 per hour. Following a 90-day probationary period, you will be eligible for a $0.50 increase and full benefits.
Key responsibilities for a Production Assembler include:
- Repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of small parts
- Perform daily tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Use hand-held and power tools in assembly operations
- Pull raw materials for assembly of products
- Possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to efficiently assemble small parts
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Minimum of one year's assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be flexible and be willing to work in any area assigned
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work overtime as required
- Maintain acceptable attendance record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
- Ability to participate in the Emco Wheaton Retail Benefit Plan (including medical, dental, vision and disability)
- Ability to participate in the Emco Wheaton Retail 401(k) Plan including company match
- Paid vacation
- Ten paid holidays per year
