About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Program Coordinator RN to join our team at Covenant Health System. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with nursing staff to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Must meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas.
  • Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Trauma care, quality management, and critical care experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Upon hire: Current or Previous CCRN or CEN.
  • Critical Care experience.
