Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being attentive to the needs of clients and their pets
  • Manage phone calls, proactively schedule appointments and specialized procedures, set reminders, oversee patient and client flow including check-ins/outs, and address basic client concerns
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the medical team as necessary
  • Utilize the computer information system to accurately input client/patient data, update, and maintain medical records
  • Process client payments and invoices, and follow up on any outstanding or missing payments
  • Ensure that the lobby, waiting area, and your workspace are tidy and organized.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
