Retail Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business results
* Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them achieve their full potential
* Ensure a positive and productive store environment that meets the needs of our customers
* Execute organizational directives and initiatives to drive business success
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a big-box environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to relocate for promotion
