Responsibilities:
This assignment involves assisting licensed medical professionals in a variety of clinical settings. Tasks will include reading patient records, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supply of materials in examination rooms, taking vital signs, aiding during physician exams, arranging for diagnostic testing, documenting patient information accurately, educating on preventative health measures, demonstrating adherence to patient safety standards, and maintaining rapport with clients through outstanding communication and customer service.
Essential Qualifications:
Candidates must have a current Washington State MA-C license, at least one year of experience as a certified medical assistant, and completion of an accredited training program. They will need to exhibit empathy and effective communication with patients and medical staff, carefully document patient information, and work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
