Job Title: Radiology Tech

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team at Sharp Memorial Hospital.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiology Tech to perform a wide range of technical procedures with quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging techniques and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures with quality patient care
  • Assist Physicians as needed
  • Verify patient identification and pregnancy status
  • Assist Radiologist in procedures while practicing sterile techniques
  • Perform proper procedure on proper patient
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Satisfactory completion of formal training program in an AMA approved school
  • Meets the requirements of an appropriate State and/or Federal mandated certification or equivalent
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association
  • Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy Permit - CA Department of Public Health
  • ARRT Certificate - ARRT
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - CA Department of Public Health
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 Year Relevant experience
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with benefits package. The work shift is evening, and the position is eligible for PM Shift Differential of $2.75/hour for eligible hours worked.
