About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, SC. As a Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to nuclear medicine, including imaging procedures and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET and SPECT scans
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment
- Provide patient care and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Current certifications in BCLS/BLS, NMTCB, and ARRT(N)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
