Job Summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely, adhering to manufacturer instructions and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a clean and attractive environment.
  • Restock and maintain janitor closets and housekeeping supply rooms, ensuring that all necessary cleaning supplies are readily available.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest cleaning techniques, products, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of cleaning schedules and tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the Environmental Services department.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
