Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with facility and clinical support staff to develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care and reduce survey deficiencies.
- Develop and monitor internal quality improvement programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Review and analyze clinical reports and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with center and marketing support staff to develop marketing action plans and business development strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Assist in the development of the medical staff and ensure that customer service systems are in place to address resident concerns and feedback.
- Monitor and analyze Press Ganey scores and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Review labor and payroll reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Work closely with HR and recruiting to hire and retain top talent and ensure competitive pay and benefits.
- Track employee turnover and conduct exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in skilled nursing operations, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is required.
