Job Title: Cash Logistics ProcessorJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cash Logistics Processor to join our team. As a Cash Logistics Processor, you will be responsible for verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and connecting money from one place to another. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify cash and perform data input into iTrack
  • Mix and check for all deposit types, including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers, and mixed
  • Process check imaging into FIS system
  • Balance all individual teller sales
  • Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip
  • Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
  • Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest, and make sure deposits match
  • Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
  • Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments, or being a Cashier or Teller
  • Ability to pass firearms license
  • Valid gun card or ability to get gun card
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cash handling experience in secure logistics or banking industry
  • Basic computer skills
  • 10 Key experience
  • HS diploma or GED
