Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for making deliveries to customers and job sites, both long-distance and local.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a combination of long-distance and local loads
  • Assist with unloading as needed
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Loads depart on Mondays and return on Fridays; rarely weekends
  • Use sleeper tractor and curtain side trailers
  • Responsible for taking equipment to designated servicers for repairs as needed
  • Record mileage and stops using ELD; report any discrepancies to payroll
  • Operate equipment safely
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when delivering to customers
Requirements
  • CDL with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Minimum of one year of commercial driving experience required
  • No record of serious tickets or accidents in the past five years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration
  • Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions at construction job sites
  • Noise level can be loud at job sites
  • Physical demands include sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
  • Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
