Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in driving the integration of AI and NLP technologies into customer experience solutions, analyzing AI capabilities like chatbots, automating key metrics, and visualizing customer journey data through intuitive dashboards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing AWS infrastructure, and your work will directly influence the company's product offerings by improving customer engagement and driving data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and deploy AI/ML models, particularly focused on NLP for customer data analysis and standardization.
  2. Automate customer experience metrics and create dashboards for data visualization.
  3. Independently develop datasets for machine learning models with minimal supervision.
  4. Standardize VOC data from multiple sources (social media, chats, calls) to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CXM) team to enhance the overall customer journey.
  6. Utilize AWS infrastructure for model building and data management.
  7. Conduct experimentation and hypothesis testing to validate data models and insights.
  8. Ensure seamless integration of data-driven solutions across teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science (AI/ML & NLP focus).
  • Expertise in AI/ML modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and SQL.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like QlikSense or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Strong background in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and data instrumentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customer experience teams and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in standardizing VOC data and analyzing customer interactions across channels.
  • Knowledge of social media and chat/call transcript analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital assistant technology and AI-powered customer engagement tools.
  • Public portfolio or projects demonstrating your expertise in AI/ML.
