The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Footwear Specialist to join our team. As a Footwear Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, measuring feet, suggesting shoe styles, and helping customers find the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to customers, developing relationships and building loyalty
- Measure feet and suggest shoe styles to customers
- Help customers try on different shoes until they find the perfect pair
- Share information about store events, new merchandise, and shoe parties
- Enroll customers in our rewards program
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Sales ability
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system
- Outgoing personality
