Job Overview

EarthTech Systems, LLC is a family-owned and operated company with 16 years of experience in Geothermal systems and over 50 years in traditional HVAC systems. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team as a lead technician.

We offer a competitive $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and training & development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects, with a focus on Geothermal heating systems. Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, troubleshooting hydronic heating systems and installing, repairing & maintaining heating, air conditioning, ventilation & refrigeration equipment.
