Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Geothermal Installation Specialist to join our team at EarthTech Systems, LLC. As a lead HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems with a focus on geothermal technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hydronic heating and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Install, repair, and maintain heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Experience in refrigeration systems, including trouble shooting, evacuation, charging, and brazing refrigeration pipe.
  • Recovery of refrigerants according to industry standards.
  • Joining pipe of different materials; HDPE, copper, PEX.
  • Read, understand, follow, and enforce all safety procedures.

The hourly pay rate for this position is estimated to be around $45-$60 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to qualified candidates.
