Position Overview

As a Commercial Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional escrow services for commercial transactions. Your role will involve facilitating real estate deals by ensuring outstanding customer service and proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage new commercial escrow accounts while processing related documents in line with established guidelines.
  • Act as a neutral intermediary between buyers and sellers during real estate transactions, overseeing fund management and transaction processing.
  • Understand the integration of your team with related departments to achieve common goals.
  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of team outcomes through your contributions.
  • Identify and resolve uncommon issues that may arise during the escrow process.
  • Assess and select appropriate solutions based on existing policies and procedures.
  • Communicate complex information clearly, including interdependencies within the team and with other departments.
  • Work independently with limited supervision, exercising discretion to adapt work practices for improved results.
  • Serve as a resource for less experienced team members, without supervisory duties.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required.
Experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $58,000 to $109,363.99. This range is intended to provide guidance and may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
