Job Description: As a Lead Counselor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our youngest campers (ages 4-5). You'll develop and implement age-specific programs, manage a team of support staff, and ensure all baseline needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead engaging activities that promote social-emotional growth, physical activity, and cognitive development.
- Build strong relationships with campers, parents, and staff members through effective communication and active listening.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive camp atmosphere.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 months' experience working with children aged 4-5.
- First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp.
