The John Rolfe Family YMCA is currently seeking a part time positive role model to build relationships, plan, and coordinate our Youth & Family Program This part time position starts at $15.00 per hour. Will be involved in both coordination and direct service of the Youth & Family Programming. DUTIES of a Youth & Family Program Coordinator The Youth & Family Coordinator will promote, administer and lead in the development and implementation of youth programs. May also assist in related child care and camp programs, and Child Care Center operation. Will assist in the preparation and implementation of budget as assigned and maintains an effective system of records and reports. Keep accurate attendance records and current registration information on all youth and may coordinate and attend teen trips. QUALIFICATIONS of a Youth & Family Program Coordinator Bachelor's degree highly desirable. Two years of related program experience with youth/teen programs. Demonstrated ability in human relations, verbal skills and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; good PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
