About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Exercise Therapist at StretchLab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients, helping them to achieve their flexibility and mobility goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement customized stretching plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide education and guidance on stretching techniques and mobility exercises
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive studio environment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and a world-class client experience

Requirements:

  • Current certification and/or completed degree from a nationally accredited organization in a relevant field (e.g. Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine)
  • Foundational knowledge of anatomy and functional movement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
