Job Title: Traffic Engineer

At Trilon Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Engineer to join our team. As a Traffic Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing transportation systems that meet the needs of our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct traffic analysis and forecasting to inform transportation planning and design decisions
  • Develop and implement traffic management plans to improve safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop transportation infrastructure projects
  • Perform complex traffic engineering tasks, including traffic impact analysis and traffic signal design
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
  • 6-12 years of experience in traffic analysis and traffic engineering design
  • Proficiency with Synchro/SimTraffic, VISTRO, and/or VISSIM
  • Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills
