We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cannabis Dispensary Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the cannabis industry.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
• Direct inside traffic flow.
• Enroll guests into the system for checkout.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Maintain brand and safety in entrance ways and parking lot.
• Take inside and outside trash to the dumpster daily.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay informed about current cannabis regulations and product knowledge.

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Additional Notes

The job requires physical activity, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, walking, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds (or more with a co-worker). Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions with accuracy is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This job requires completion of a Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR) background check and badging process. You must have a valid state-issued ID and social security card in order to submit to the IDFPR's process.
