Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal function.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- 1 year of acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS.
