Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team at AP Executive. As a key member of our fiduciary services team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating national and international mandates in Swiss and international tax law.

Your primary focus will be on advising clients on restructuring, M&A transactions, and tax planning. You will also conduct negotiations with tax authorities and accompany tax audits and appeals proceedings. Additionally, you will coach our client's future tax experts and tax clerks in all technical and practical issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of financial accounting and be able to analyze annual financial statements from a tax perspective. You will also have experience in processing and monitoring tax declarations for legal and natural persons.

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in German with a good knowledge of English. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
