Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Specialist for the EOEM Program will play a pivotal role in facilitating the deployment of products across diverse sectors and initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with clients, sales personnel, UL, and internal teams to ensure that solutions align with design specifications.
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with essential clients, serving as a reliable consultant on technical issues pertaining to our offerings.
  • Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to inform clients about product functionalities and advantages.
  • Offer technical knowledge, assistance, and training to both clients and internal groups.
  • Work alongside clients to grasp project needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Oversee the UL onboarding process for clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical capacity within the electrical equipment manufacturing sector, particularly in power distribution systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UL891 and UL procedural requirements.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and various engineering applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration across teams and confident interaction with clients.
  • Anticipated travel: 30%.
