Physician Recruiter Specialist

Jackson + Coker is a leading healthcare staffing firm with a nationwide presence, specializing in locum tenens, locums-to-permanent, and telehealth staffing. We partner with healthcare organizations to find top physicians and advanced practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily recruiting calls to generate qualified leads through strategic outreach and engagement.
- Evaluate provider credentials and provide candidate lists to sales consultants and clients for further consideration.
- Present Jackson + Coker's services to prospective providers using consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate account histories and job postings in the database.
- Promote the company's professional image and assist area associates as needed.
- Assume responsibility for effective performance of all related recruiting functions.
- Maintain daily scheduled calls and receive incoming provider calls and referrals.
- Present company services and client opportunities to prospective providers.
- Source and generate leads using various resources, including providers, clients, job boards, and others as needed.
- Qualify provider availability and credentials and client opportunities.
- Conduct phone interviews and ask qualifying questions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and providers, ensuring timely scheduling.
- Track and record changes in provider availability.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to find provider opportunities.
- Extract provider details and communicate information to area associates.
- Complete recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Demonstrate quality customer service for internal and external customers.
- Complete training as assigned and participate actively in skill development.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative spirit when working with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to the team and adhere to team expectations and guidelines.
- Send targeted marketing materials to providers with timely follow-up.
- Manage daily schedule of calls, follow-ups, and required training.
- Meet or exceed established goals and metrics by utilizing resources and adopting best practices.
- Resolve client requests, complaints, and problems.

- Basic sales skills.
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
- Well-developed negotiating and closing skills.
- Professional presence.
- Knowledge of customer types and their needs.
- High school graduate or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of sales and/or agency recruiting experience in a goal-driven environment preferred but not required.
- Experience in phone sales preferred but not required.
