Role Description
As a Transaction Coordinator at Team Kelli Lang RE/MAX Gateway, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with other parties, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage 50-80 transactions per month
  • Keep the company transaction deadline calendar up-to-date
  • Prepare and manage documents related to real estate transactions
  • Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, surveyors, and title companies
  • Monitor dates, deadlines, and requirements for real estate transactions

Requirements
  • At least one year of real estate administrative experience
  • Proficiency with real estate transaction processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

$18-$25 hourly
