  • Collaborate with Data Engineering: Work closely with the Data Engineering team to shape the future of Peacock's data infrastructure, ensuring data pipelines are developed and maintained to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize Products: Collaborate with the Experimentation team to validate test results and uncover the underlying reasons for success, driving product optimization and business growth.
  • Communicate Insights: Present regular updates on product performance, key trends, and business outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven insights are used to inform product development and business strategy.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in retention, monetization, subscriptions, direct to consumer or media entertainment with a strong analytics focus on product, growth, project management, and user behavior.
  • Experience supervising and leading analytical projects supporting Product or Growth teams driving measurable business impact.
  • Experience defining instrumentation and analytics for customer data from digital analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with product analytics and experimentation stack (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Airflow, Github, Optimizely, etc.).
  • Advanced SQL coding skills for analytics and data analysis.
  • Experience performing analysis with large time series datasets, i.e. Amazon AWS, Snowflake, or Google Big Query.
  • Experience in defining data collection and measurement requirements.
