Job Title: Neurology Clinic Lead Registered Nurse

Children's Health (Dallas) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Neurology Clinic team. As a Neurology Clinic Lead Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our front-line staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to front-line staff, including coaching, mentoring, and developing staff members to achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager or Practice Administrator to facilitate communication and ensure effective team functioning.
  • Oversee the orientation of new team members and evaluate clinical practice to identify areas for quality and performance improvement.
  • Plan and execute day-to-day operational needs, including setting priorities, addressing staffing needs, and coordinating work across teams.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members, and administer performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Monitor key metrics and analyze information to solve ongoing problems and improve team performance.
  • Perform clinical nursing roles, including direct care nursing, charge nursing, and other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas required.
