About Us: Caregiver, Inc. is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Registered Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Registered Nurse to provide clinical supervision to our nursing staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care, and maintain compliance with state guidelines. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of accepted standards of nursing practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff, including training and support.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care, including monitoring of health conditions and identification of delays in service.
  • Maintain compliance with state guidelines, including ensuring that nursing staff is completing necessary documentation.
  • Assist with hiring and training of nursing personnel, including providing initial and follow-up OJT training.
  • Coordinate nursing assignments and caseloads, ensuring that nursing positions are filled and that caseloads are managed effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the health data information of individuals served, including ensuring that nursing staff is completing necessary documentation.
  • Participate in quality assurance measures, including monitoring of individual service plans and ensuring that nursing staff is following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Possession of valid RN license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 year of DD nursing experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy with basic Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word programs.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
