- Develop and track relevant metrics to measure test success and drive business outcomes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve A/B testing platform capabilities and drive business outcomes, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Coach and train analytics team members and stakeholders to foster a test and learn culture, promoting data literacy and analytical thinking.
- Synthesize data from various sources to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences, informing business strategies and product development.
- 5+ years of experience in A/B and multivariate testing, with a focus on consumer journey analysis and business outcomes.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Analytics and data manipulation (e.g. SQL), with experience in statistical analysis and data warehousing systems (e.g. Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and present complex concepts to senior levels of an organization, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
