Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Provider to deliver integrated care to adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary-care services in accordance with our site-specific protocols and consistent with the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary-care services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
  • Review and sign MAR's, sign all orders specific for Primary Care, and manage narcotic prescriptions
  • Complete documentation and submit billing records according to our published policies
  • Establish and maintain open and positive communications with facility staff and administration
  • Be knowledgeable of and adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution and a current and valid license to practice medicine issued by the North Carolina Medical Board
  • OR have graduated from a physician assistant educational program accredited by a National Commission on Accreditation of Allied Education Programs
  • Have passed the national certification examination of the National Commission on Accreditation of Certification of Physician Assistants
  • Licensed by the state of North Carolina as a Physician Assistant
