Job SummaryThe Office Services team handles all processing activities associated with incoming and outgoing daily mail. The team provides coverage for the physical window for mailing vendors and couriers. The team is also responsible for reports of certificates that are no longer valid. Office Services manages internal requests including inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Review and process time-sensitive and complex documents
- Develop and implement departmental procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve communication
- Sort and deliver incoming mail
- Perform internal mail runs
- Identify, cancel, and destroy certificates
- Handle internal customer requests
- Manage central supplies, including ordering and inventory management
- Process outgoing mail via USPS, Fed Ex, UPS
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 18+ months of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center
- Lift 30 lb boxes
- $19.00 per hour
