About the Role:
As a Lead Family Care Physician, you will provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. You will focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients, resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and reduced overall health costs.
- Manage smaller patient panels (less than half the traditional PCP panel size) and have more time with your patients, with appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
- Fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks allow you to focus on patient care.
What We Offer:
- A non-production-based compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $240,000 - $275,000 per year.
