We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at The Treetop ABA Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA interventions to children with autism and special needs.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering ABA interventions to clients in their homes, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Collecting, recording, and analyzing data on client progress, and preparing it for presentation under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Working closely with program staff to ensure therapy programs are consistent and effective.
  • Providing updates to parents and guardians on daily activities, and accurately relaying their feedback to your BCBA.
  • Implementing and adjusting individualized ABA therapy programs as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with your BCBA to ensure high-quality therapy and support.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work between 8am to 8pm M-F and some Saturdays between 9:00am to 1:00pm for make-up sessions.
  • Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is advantageous but not required.
  • Active RBT certification with the BACB.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification, and AZ fingerprint card.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
