Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clinic
  • Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Assist in the development of social and communication skills

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay range: $18-$25/hour
  • Full-Time: Guaranteed 30 hours
  • Flexible shifts available

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification
  • Experience in ABA therapy preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
