Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing cutting-edge services and making a lasting impact in the industry.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Physical Therapist with a passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient populations. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for performing new-patient evaluations, diagnosing patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing education to patients on techniques for continued care.
Responsibilities- Perform new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
- Create personalized treatment plans that set goals and completion dates
- Equip patients with physical therapy intervention techniques and exercises, tracking progress and measuring effectiveness
- Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care and self-management
- Examine and evaluate new patients, establishing a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
- Establish a plan goal and time frame, prescribing intervention techniques and exercises as needed
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary
- Accredited Physical Therapy program graduate
- Up-to-date state Physical Therapy license
- Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
- Passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues
- 1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Physical Therapy license in CO
- Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in an outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient populations
