Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Government Badging Specialist to join our team in the Washington metropolitan area. As a key member of our enrollment process management team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating enrollments, and ensuring the accuracy of applicant information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and service walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, and certificate updates
  • Coordinate and conduct enrollment processes for PIV cards, verifying applicant identity and collecting required documentation
  • Manage appointments and schedules to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Audit and verify documents and information submitted by applicants
  • Maintain accurate records of enrollment processes and applicant information

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting
  • Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles may be advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
