Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Porter to join our team at Cherokee County Toyota. As a Service Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic in our dealership's parking lots and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and professional manner
Drive courtesy shuttle for our service customers
Move vehicles from the service lane to the service parking lot
Manage the flow of traffic and maintain parking lots in a neat and organized manner
Retrieve customer vehicles from the lot

Requirements:

Friendly and courteous demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
