Service Porter Job Description

Cherokee County Toyota is seeking a full-time Service Porter to ensure vehicle flow is running smoothly in our fast-paced dealership. As a Service Porter, you will direct the flow of traffic in our parking lots and provide general lot supervision, moving cars as necessary to assist our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly manner.
  • Drive courtesy shuttle for our service customers.
  • Move vehicles from the service lane to the service parking lot.
  • Manage the flow of traffic.
  • Maintain parking lots in a neat and organized manner.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the lot.
Requirements:
  • Must be friendly and courteous.
  • Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
