Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients
  • Assess and monitor client behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and addiction recovery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • Minimum two years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Compensation and Benefits

Sierra Health and Wellness Centers offers a competitive salary range of $83,200-$132,200, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
