    • Completing medical forms and other clinical requests for information.
  • Environmental and Safety Responsibilities:
    • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.

    • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to your supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Nursing students may be considered if they meet specific requirements.
