Job Overview

Sustainable Mechanical Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial establishments
  • Establish strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Install and maintain ductwork and HVAC equipment
  • Use technical skills and knowledge to ensure proper installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an HVAC Installation Technician or equivalent education
  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA certification preferred, option to obtain within first 3 months of employment available
  • Experience with operation and maintenance of residential split system HVAC, rooftop units, and packaged units
  • Ductwork and tin experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40+ pounds
  • 2-10 years of experience preferred
