About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Sustainable Mechanical Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, including filter changes, duct cleaning, and service calls for AC and heating seasons.
  • Establish strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Install split system HVAC, ventilation systems, and ductwork.
  • Diagnose and repair heating and AC equipment issues using experience and techniques.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an HVAC service technician or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • EPA certification preferred, with option to obtain within the first three months of employment.
  • Experience with operation and maintenance of residential split system HVAC, rooftop units, and packaged units.
  • Ductwork/tin experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40+ pounds.
