Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wag'n World. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Book reservations for daycare, boarding, and grooming services, and ensure accurate and timely communication with clients.
  • Monitor and maintain the waitlist for daycare, boarding, and grooming services, and update schedules and calendars as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including updating client information, maintaining records, and processing payments.

Requirements:

  • Previous front desk experience, preferably in a pet-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with software systems, such as Gingr, is an asset.
