Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Use technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair equipment, engines, and compressors.
  • Order parts and materials as needed and coordinate with vendors to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and document maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure expenses are within budgetary constraints.
  • Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in maintenance management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with computer software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
