As a Store Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and free of clutter, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Operate Floor Care Equipment: Safely operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Support Customer Experience: Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety, and support and respond to all Front End coverage needs.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Physical Stamina: Perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment, requiring physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with management and Associates, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
